Bookings
Standard wig services can be booked online. A booking is confirmed when checkout is completed and payment is accepted. The private Calgary drop-off address and fulfillment instructions are shared after checkout.
Service Scope
Published prices apply to standard service scopes. If a wig requires extra work, severe damage repair, color correction, specialty materials, or an unclear multi-wig scope, we will contact you before additional charges or work proceed.
Customer-Provided Materials
For construction, reconstruction, lace replacement, and related work, you are responsible for providing suitable hair, lace, bundles, closures, frontals, or other required materials unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Color and Damage Risk
Coloring and heavily damaged wigs are quote-first services. Results depend on wig condition, previous processing, hair quality, and product history. We do not promise an exact color or restoration outcome until the wig has been reviewed and the scope has been approved.
Fulfillment
Pickup, drop-off, local return delivery, and courier options are selected during booking. Delivery and courier timing can be affected by client availability, weather, carriers, holidays, and address accuracy.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround estimates are business-day estimates and begin after the wig and required materials are received. Complex work, multiple wigs, missing information, or needed approvals can extend timing.
Refunds
Because wig services are custom labor performed on client-provided items, refunds are not available once work has begun. If there is a workmanship issue, contact us promptly so we can review and correct the concern where appropriate.
Abandoned Items
Clients are responsible for collecting or accepting return delivery of completed wigs. Items left uncollected for an extended period may require additional storage, delivery, or handling arrangements.
